New feature: Sugarvet Forums are now rolling out
Picture this: you have a wonderful life. Or maybe you're looking for something more. Either way, you want to share it. You
can't just share that content anywhere; some of it is pretty sensitive (we get it). That's why we've created Sugarvet Forums
for you. If you’re tired of talking with sock puppets all day, arguing with the same person on 5 Reddit different accounts, your
platform using your personal data and experiences to sell to advertisers, whatever your case: Sugarvet Forums have a home for you.
All Sugarvet accounts now have free access to the Sugarvet Forums. They are hosted alongside the rest of Sugarvet,
which safely resides in our dedicated, confidential compute system hosted in Europe. Your Sugarvet Forums content
is truly as private as you want it to be.
Sugarvet Forums support multiple levels of privacy, from allowing anonymous readers to being restricted to a specific subset
of users. For now, we will be taking it slow as we roll out this new feature, so forums will be relatively limited.
New Feature: Sugarvet Developers Program
The Sugarvet Developers Program will enable both you and trusted external partners/companies to build tools and features that you can use to extend and improve your experience in Sugarvet. Say you want to add a dedicated confidential email inbox to Sugarvet, have your assistant book restaurants and attach RSVPs, or integrate your own security features: all of it will be possible.

Of course, we will maintain the promise of confidentiality that Sugarvet provides. By default, Sugarvet connects to only one external service today (email), and no data leaves our confidential compute. You never have to enable additional services if you don't want to.
If you or someone you know might be interested in the Sugarvet Developers Program, please reach out to developers@sugarvet.com.
Minor improvements, bug fixes, and upcoming features
Improvement: Profile Page Rules visibility
Rules are shown to you during Profile editing so you can immediately identify who can see your Profile.

Improvement: Multiple profile locations enabled
Add multiple locations to your Profile. You can also associate the different locations with different Sugarvet Pages.

Bug fix: Messages unblocked
For a short time on 25 JULY 2026, the Messages page was unavailable. A middleware issue was resolved and access was restored.
Upcoming: Preference Rules
We've begun updating our internal rules engine to manage your preferences for different Profile attributes. This will allow you to explicitly set soft preferences and hard requirements based on Profile Attributes as Rules.
