[New Features]: Phone, SMS, and email support

We've begun integrating multiple communication methods directly into Sugarvet so you can maintain your privacy during your vetting and dating. Sugarvet has initial support for SMS, phone, and email inboxes.

It's widely recommended that you should be careful handling out personal contact details early in your vetting. In order to maintain privacy and security, many people will generally get an additional phone number or email; just for dating. Google Voice has been a popular solution for those not interested in getting another phone entirely, but not everyone is comfortable giving an advertising company sensitive personal information.

Sugarvet SMS & Phone

Activated users can order a phone number from Sugarvet that can be used to send and receive both SMS and phone calls. There are some limitations in functionality while we roll this service out globally, but these should gradually be lifted over the coming weeks.

All paid Sugarvet subscriptions now include a local, domestic phone line that can be customized. Sugar babies can also order a phone number that for their accounts, and we will make sure to always keep it highly affordable.

Sugarvet Email Relay

Activated users can create an email inbox that attaches directly to their Sugarvet account free of charge. Right now, we only support the "@relay.sugarvet.com" domain for emails, but over time we will expand this capability to support non-affiliated (or even whitelabeled) domains.

Data and privacy guarantees

The value of Sugarvet SMS, Phone, and Email are namely that they are all integrated in one place. We have integrated a single vendor to support our telephony capabilities and we're using our existing email vendor to support Sugarvet Email Relay. In other words, we keep it on lock.

We guarantee that your data is kept confidential and no third-party will ever have access to the underlying data. If you care about your operational security and privacy, that is about as good as it gets.
