We can't and won't accept everyone. Our vetting process is designed to ensure that only those committed to finding a sugar relationship are accepted, and that they are a good cultural fit for our communities.

Sugar Baby Application Process

1. Profile Creation

Showcase your personality and what makes you unique. High-quality photos that focus on you and detailed, accurate profile details are essential.

2. Liveness Verification

You will perform a live recording through our application clearly showing your face. We need to know you are a real person and not a robot. Your recording is never shared or used on your profile.

3. Identification Verification

You will upload the front and back of an official form of identification (government ID, university student card, etc.). We need to verify you are at least 18 years old and closely resemble your photos and recording. Your identification is never shared or used on your profile.

4. Submit for Review

Once submitted, we will review your application and provide feedback.

5. Decision Loop

We will provide an initial decision on your application. It is likely that you will be asked to implement feedback or otherwise improve your profile before acceptance.

6. Location Activation

If approved for membership, your profile will be activated if we currently support your location. If not, your profile will be waitlisted for your location.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get vetted?
We manually vet all profiles. It can take some time. We recommend completing your profile sooner, rather than later, to secure a place in the review queue. After that, it depends on how quickly you can implement any required changes or feedback.
What if I don't want to be vetted?
We are not the solution for you. Ensuring our members are authentic and protected from bad actors is core to our values.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We have implemented a number of the most cutting-edge security and privacy practices available. You can find more details on the Security Ops page. Your private documents are only accessible to the founder.
Can I re-apply if I'm rejected?
In most cases, yes. However, if we suspect you are not being truthful in your profile, or if we feel that you would damage our communities, we may permanently reject your application.
